Chef
Crown Beach Resort and Spa is a 5-star full service resort located on Rarotonga's sunset coast, with three restaurants and a catering division:
a. Windjammer (fine Pacific cuisine)
b. Oceans (theme dinner brasserie)
c. Tang Lounge (tapas and martini bar)
d. Crown Events & Catering
You will report to the General Manager and have associate reports to all other department managers. You will manage small teams responsible for each kitchen. Do you have?:- * passion for creativity and daring to mix old & new cuisine styles to create food that is fit for kings.
* experience in menu design, development, costing and implementation.
* passion and flair in making beautiful food via traditional food sources and tropical island produce.
* the ability to muck in and get things done for two or 200 hungry diners.
* attention to detail.
* the strength, stamina and will power to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
* a desire to live and work on a tropical island.
