Single $30 per night, double $50 per night.
The beach is only 60 feet from the house so it only takes 15 seconds to get to the beach for a swim! The exact location is on the border of Muri and Tikioki. Clockwise - a kilometre from Fruits of Rarotonga, one of the best snorkelling places on the island. Anticlockwise towards Avarua - a kilometre from Muri beach and its three motus (islets). The house is self-catering but Doug makes pizzas and fruit thickshakes and he can arrange a candlelit dinner or breakfast for you on the beach a metre from the lagoon.
Only one room is available so maximum is two people. Room size three metres by three metres and it has it own built-in wardrobe with shelf plus chest of drawers and a TV set.
