Sands Beachfront Villas

Rarotonga's first class three-bedroomed serviced villas, right on the white sand beach and safe swimming lagoon of Titikaveka. The lagoon here is at its deepest, with swimming and snorkelling at all tides and borders a coral and marine life reserve ensuring fantastic snorkelling.
    The beach here is naturally soft white sand and stretches unbroken some 10 kilometres in each direction. The ½ acre of tropical gardens and lawns on which sit the three Sands Villas has no immediate neighbours, affording the privacy and relaxation often hard to find elsewhere.
    The scenic backdrop to Sands Villas includes the magnificently rugged interior mountains and the view from each villa is across the teal blue Titikaveka Lagoon to the barrier reef and beyond to the deep blue Pacific Ocean. We are on the south side of Rarotonga about 16 kilometres from the main township of Avarua and 10 kilometres from the airport.
    Sands Villas is a privately owned complex of three villas. Each has its own character but all have similar high quality facilities such as ceramic tiled floors and picture windows. All are serviced three times weekly and have a 24-hour management arrangement with Takitumu Villas just 75 metres along the beach. All have great lagoon views and the distance to the beach ranges from one to just 20 steps.

The picturesque village of Titikaveka is a stroll away and offers supplies stores, a historical church, sports grounds, function centre, two cafés and regular local events to which Sands Villas guests are welcome.
    The sailing club is eight kilometres along the beach or road and there are numerous restaurants and cafés within five minutes of here. The round-the-island day and night bus system calls at the villas.

A huge 1100 sq feet (100 sq metres) and designed with families in mind, whether they be adults or children, but equally popular with couples seeking the luxury of space and full facilities.
    All in natural pine timbers, this octagonal villa has high exposed beam ceilings and large partially covered sheltered decks with private BBQ, huge alfresco teak dining suite and sun lounging furniture.
    The view from the lounge and main deck is across the lawn and past exotic hibiscus bushes to the beach and lagoon.
    There are three bedrooms with a variety of options for bedding to suit up to six people.

Payments

Payments may be made by credit card. Details of cards can be sent by e-mail or fax once booking is confirmed. E-mail details may be sent over two messages for maximum security.
Cancellation fees are payable for cancellations within 30 days of expected arrival:-
(Between 30 and 15 days - 1 night per week booked or part thereof)
(Between 14 and 7 days - 2 nights per week or part thereof)
(Less than 7 days - full payment due unless villa resold).
